Class Memorial Articles (MA) Project

 

MA Project:

• Led by Project Coordinator.

• Assisted by the MA Project Committee. 

• Directing each company effort is the MA Liaison (MAL).

• Writing of MAs is led by Action Coordinators (AC).  

• Archiving our own MA data by each of us.

 

MA Liaison:

• Obtains an Action Coordinator (AC) for each deceased company mate, occasionally from a different company due to other relationships or NOK request.

• Coaches AC as necessary to produce a meaningful MA.

 

Action Coordinator:

• Assumes responsibility for completion of MA.

• Usually family members and/or others do most research and writing with help from AC and/or other classmates.

• Occasionally the AC does most of research and writing.

 

Archiving your own MA Data:

• Future MA efforts are greatly reduced when classmates assemble their own memorial data and archive it in their Cullum file. A Simplified Guide for Recording Own MA Data is at the  How to Proceed page. Narratives are even more helpful but are not necessary.

• Wives and other family members can be especially helpful with this MA effort.

 

Other ways you can assist with MA Project:

• Serve as an Action Coordinator.

• Check MAs Needed page and volunteer information.

• Check Our Class Eulogy Page and contribute eulogies.

• Encourage others to contribute to success of MA Project.

• Keep your Company Guidon Bearer and the AOG informed of your contact data.
