As soon as there is a firm schedule and costs are known, the Registration Form (a spreadsheet) will appear here.  The form will be available: 

1. In .pdf format that anyone can download and open using the near-universal free Adobe Acrobat reader.  The form can then be saved and printed for manual data entry.  

2. In Microsoft Excel (.xls) format that anyone can download.  It can only be opened if you have the free Microsoft Excel viewer or if you have the full Excel program installed.  The free viewer will let you view and print the spreadsheet but not edit it.  The full program will let you save, view, print, and edit (i.e., fill in the form on your computer with the “math” done by the spreadsheet’s formulas).
